The Role

Are you a strategic and analytical Marketing Manager who can guide a team to success? This is the perfect role for you! We’re delighted to be partnering with a professional services business in Dorset who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their friendly team and spearhead the overall marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be managing a small marketing team, helping them to deliver on new strategies across various marketing channels. You’ll have a solid understanding of the wider marketing mix (social, email, website, seo), managing the overarching strategies to hands-on implementation. Confident in relationship management, you’ll work with business partners and external stakeholders. There will be an element of event coordination, managing budgets and using your analytical skills to determine ROI and retention costs.

This role will report into the Managing Director who you’ll be working closely alongside.

This role operates on a hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 work from home. This role is based in Shaftesbury, Dorset.

Skills and Experience 

• Previous direct management experience
• Adept in curating effective marketing strategies across all channels
• Relationship management of stakeholders
• Solid understanding of the marketing mix and ability to support the wider team implementing strategies
• Event coordination including budget management, calculating ROI
• Background in a regulated business would be highly advantageous
