Life before Digital Tonic

Where to start – I graduated in 2011 with a degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Brunel University in London… After desperately needing a job after my studies (to finance the early 20s lifestyle) I took a job in consumer sales with Orange/EE where I climbed the ladder for 8 years. In 2017 I was approached for a recruitment job on LinkedIn and have never looked back, I moved from the North West to Bristol in 2019 and have been working in marketing, events and creative recruitment ever since, and I love it!

My Role at Digital Tonic

In my role I head up Marketing Recruitment in the North working with both agencies and inhouse teams to help them secure the best talent in the market. Myself and my team specialise in Marketing, Events, PR and Digital roles and utilise our experience to get under the skin of businesses, talent map and build dynamic and futureproof shortlists to enable continued growth for all of our clients.

Life Away from Digital Tonic

In my downtime I love to get out into the fresh air (when the British weather allows it), I enjoy running and hiking and last year completed the 3 peaks challenge in 23 hours and 47 minutes – Phewww. I love watching and playing sport and am a huge fan of Liverpool FC, I try to get up to Anfield a couple of times a year, sadly my playing days are over but you will now see me on the golf course instead on a Saturday morning. Alongside keeping active and sport, I LOVE music and have a ranging taste from The Strokes to Taylor Swift!
