We are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning global events and experience agency, renowned for delivering exceptional live and digital events worldwide. The agency specialises in creating unforgettable experiences for major brands across a range of sectors, consistently going above and beyond to engage audiences. With an innovative approach and a passion for creative storytelling, they are looking for a skilled Project Director to join their talented team.

As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale international events for a high-profile client. This exciting role involves overseeing all aspects of event production, from content development to logistics and delegate management. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the strategic vision and goals of the event are realised, delivering an outstanding experience for global audiences.

The role offers the opportunity for international travel several times a year, making it an ideal fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Based primarily at the Birmingham office (Broome), the role offers flexibility for hybrid working, with 2-3 days in the office per week.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive event production experience, ideally within a global context
• Proven success managing international events, with experience coordinating large-scale projects
• Strong content development skills, with a focus on delivering engaging and relevant material
• Exceptional delegate and logistics management experience, particularly handling global attendance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A driver’s license is required for this role
